These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your engagement with myquantivo ("we", "us", "our"), a professional AI services provider registered and operating in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By accessing our website, purchasing a service, or participating in any engagement with myquantivo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Definitions
Throughout this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:
- "Service" — any AI consulting engagement, project delivery, or workshop offered by myquantivo, including AI for Fraud Prevention, Automated Report Summarisation, and the AI Workshop for Executives.
- "Client" / "User" / "You" — the individual, team, or organisation that engages myquantivo or accesses our website.
- "We" / "Us" / "Our" / "myquantivo" — myquantivo, operating at 34 Jalan Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- "Deliverables" — the outputs, models, reports, summaries, or materials produced during a service engagement as defined in the project scope.
- "Engagement Letter" — a written or electronic document outlining the specific scope, timeline, and fee for a particular service.
- "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any Engagement Letter or project-specific documentation.
- "Content" — text, data, code, materials, or information provided by either party in connection with a service.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, submitting an enquiry, signing an Engagement Letter, making a payment, or participating in any myquantivo-facilitated activity, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement.
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or be acting on behalf of an organisation with proper authorisation to enter a binding agreement.
- If you are acting on behalf of a company or institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
- Acceptance may be implied by conduct — engaging with our services following receipt of these terms constitutes agreement.
Service Description
myquantivo provides professional AI services to businesses and organisations in Malaysia and internationally. Our current service offerings include:
- AI for Fraud Prevention — A 10-week engagement covering detection system design, model training, and real-time scoring integration for financial services, insurance, or e-commerce organisations.
- Automated Report Summarisation — A 6-week engagement to develop systems that produce structured summaries from lengthy reports or regulatory filings, suited for executive teams and analysts.
- AI Workshop for Executives — A half-day facilitated session for senior leaders covering AI fundamentals, strategic considerations, and decision frameworks.
Service availability is subject to capacity. We reserve the right to decline or postpone an engagement at our discretion, with written notice provided. Geographic restrictions may apply to certain delivery formats.
User Responsibilities
To ensure a productive engagement, clients agree to the following:
Acceptable Use
- Use our services and website only for lawful purposes.
- Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and project discovery.
- Respond to communications and provide required data within agreed timelines.
- Ensure that data or materials shared with myquantivo are legally obtained and cleared for use in the engagement.
Prohibited Activities
- Using myquantivo deliverables to cause harm to individuals, groups, or third parties.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell myquantivo proprietary methodologies without written consent.
- Misrepresenting your identity, authority, or the purpose of an engagement.
- Uploading or sharing data that infringes third-party rights or violates Malaysian law.
- Accessing or attempting to access myquantivo systems beyond the scope of an agreed engagement.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights are allocated as follows:
- myquantivo's IP: All proprietary frameworks, methodologies, reusable code components, internal tools, and pre-existing know-how remain the sole property of myquantivo. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of these assets.
- Client Data: All data, documents, and materials provided by the client remain the client's property. You grant myquantivo a limited licence to use these materials solely for the purposes of the engagement.
- Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, myquantivo grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the specific deliverables as defined in the Engagement Letter. Custom models and outputs produced for the client are licensed for the client's internal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Restrictions: Clients may not resell, sublicence, or publicly disclose myquantivo deliverables as their own work without prior written consent.
myquantivo may reference the engagement as a case study in marketing or professional materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.
Payment Terms
- Currency: All fees are quoted and invoiced in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment Schedule: A deposit of 50% of the total engagement fee is due upon signing the Engagement Letter. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final outputs, unless a milestone-based schedule is agreed.
- Workshop Payment: Full payment for the AI Workshop for Executives is required at least 5 business days before the scheduled session date.
- Methods: Payment is accepted via bank transfer (TT) to the account details provided in the invoice. Other methods may be arranged with prior agreement.
- Late Payment: Invoices not settled within 14 days of the due date may attract a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
- For the AI Workshop, cancellations made more than 7 business days before the session date may receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 business days are non-refundable.
- If myquantivo is unable to deliver a service due to circumstances within our control, a proportionate refund will be issued.
Service-Specific Terms
AI for Fraud Prevention & Automated Report Summarisation
- Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in an Engagement Letter prior to commencement.
- Changes to project scope requested by the client after commencement may affect the timeline and fee. Any such changes require written agreement from both parties.
- The client is responsible for providing access to required data and systems within agreed timeframes. Delays caused by late data provision may extend project timelines accordingly.
- myquantivo does not warrant that model performance will meet any specific metric threshold unless explicitly agreed in writing. Model outcomes depend on the quality and completeness of client-provided data.
AI Workshop for Executives
- The workshop is a single, half-day facilitated session. The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue unless otherwise arranged.
- Workshop materials are prepared based on the industry context provided by the client prior to the session. Changes to industry context provided after preparation may not be fully incorporated.
- Recordings of the session require prior written consent from myquantivo.
- The workshop constitutes a knowledge-sharing session and does not constitute strategic advice or legal counsel.
Disclaimers
- Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. myquantivo makes no representations beyond those expressly stated in the Engagement Letter.
- We do not warrant that AI models or systems built during an engagement will be free from errors, or that their outputs will be accurate in all cases. All AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by qualified personnel before operational use.
- Workshop content represents the professional views and knowledge of myquantivo's facilitators at the time of delivery. It does not constitute financial, legal, or regulatory advice.
- We do not accept responsibility for decisions made by the client based on deliverables or workshop content without appropriate independent review.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law:
- myquantivo's total liability to a client for any claim arising from a specific engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that engagement.
- myquantivo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profit, or reputational damage, arising from the use of or inability to use our services.
- myquantivo is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, infrastructure outages, or third-party service failures (force majeure).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless myquantivo and its team members from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from: your breach of this Agreement; your misuse of our services or deliverables; data you provide that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law; or any misrepresentation made by you during the engagement.
Termination
By the Client
A client may terminate an engagement by providing 14 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. Deposits are non-refundable.
By myquantivo
myquantivo reserves the right to suspend or terminate an engagement if the client materially breaches this Agreement, fails to provide required materials or payments, or engages in conduct that is unlawful or harmful.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, each party shall return or destroy the other's confidential materials where applicable. Provisions relating to payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith discussion for a period of at least 30 days following written notice of the dispute.
- Mediation: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, parties may agree to pursue mediation through the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) or another mutually agreed body before proceeding to litigation.
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with any Engagement Letter, constitutes the complete agreement between the parties and supersedes prior discussions or representations.
- Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure by either party to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without myquantivo's prior written consent. myquantivo may assign rights in connection with a business transfer.
- Notices: Formal notices should be sent in writing to [email protected] or by post to 34 Jalan Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Language: This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Changes to Terms
myquantivo may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify active clients by email.
Continued use of our website or services after an updated version of these terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
