Zulaikha Azhar
Head of Compliance, Kuala Lumpur
"We engaged myquantivo for fraud detection on our payment platform. The scoping conversation was direct — they told us what was feasible with our data volume and what was not. The final model runs in production and has been reliable over several months. The handover documentation was thorough."

Raj Thangarajah
Chief Strategy Officer, Selangor
"The AI workshop gave our leadership team a common language for discussing AI investment. Rather than generic slides, the session was built around our sector and the specific decisions we are facing. It changed how our board conversations on technology happen."
February 2025 · Executive Workshop
Lim Hui Shan
Director of Research, Penang
"Our analysts were spending four to five hours summarising regulatory filings each week. The myquantivo system brought that down considerably. What I appreciated was that they tuned the output to match how our team actually reads reports — structured, prioritised, not generic extracts."

Ahmad Muzaffar
VP Risk, Kuala Lumpur
"What stood out was the clarity during the scoping phase. Most AI vendors oversell at the start. myquantivo was clear about what the data could support and what was not realistic. That honesty made the engagement much easier to manage internally."
March 2025 · Fraud Prevention
Priya Subramaniam
Head of Operations, Johor Bahru
"We booked the executive workshop for a mixed audience — some with technical backgrounds and others without. myquantivo managed to pitch the session at a level that worked for both groups, which is not easy. The post-session summary document has been referenced several times since."

Nurul Izzati
Senior Analyst, Kuala Lumpur
"The report summarisation project came in on time and within the agreed scope. The vocabulary tuning made a real difference — the system correctly handles terms specific to our regulatory environment that generic summarisation tools miss. Documentation was good enough for our team to make adjustments independently."

Fraud detection for an e-commerce payments processor
Challenge
A payment processing company was relying on manual review for flagged transactions. The volume of suspicious activity had grown to a point where manual review was slow and inconsistent, and the rate of missed fraudulent transactions was affecting customer confidence.
Solution
myquantivo conducted a data readiness assessment, identified the most predictive features in the transaction log, and built a classification model with threshold calibration to balance detection rate against false positives. Integration guidance for real-time scoring was included in the handover.
Results
Detection coverage improved. Manual review volume reduced for the investigative team. The model was integrated into their transaction pipeline within six weeks of handover. The client has since made system adjustments independently using the documentation provided.

Report summarisation for a regional insurance group
Challenge
Senior analysts at a mid-sized insurance group were spending a significant portion of each week reading and condensing regulatory circulars and internal risk reports before distributing briefings to the management team. The process was time-consuming and the quality of summaries varied between authors.
Solution
myquantivo built a summarisation pipeline tuned to the firm's regulatory vocabulary and report structure. Output format was designed to match the briefing template already in use, with sections for key findings, action items, and reference clauses. Quality was evaluated against a representative sample before handover.
Results
Time spent on report processing reduced noticeably per week across the analyst team. Output consistency improved. The system handles multiple document types including regulatory circulars and internal risk summaries. Analysts continue to review output before distribution, which the client considered the appropriate arrangement.

Executive AI session for a property development company
Challenge
A property developer's board had agreed in principle to explore AI for operational use cases but lacked a shared understanding of what AI could and could not do, and what investment would be required. Decisions were being deferred because of uncertainty rather than considered judgement.
Solution
myquantivo delivered a half-day session covering AI fundamentals, decision frameworks for investment, and discussion of use cases specific to property development and facilities management. The session was structured around the board's current questions rather than a standard curriculum.
Results
The board moved from deferral to commissioning two internal feasibility assessments within the following quarter. The post-session summary document was used as a briefing resource for a working group set up to evaluate specific AI applications. The company subsequently engaged myquantivo for a report summarisation project.
Format: Half-day session
